To expedite the exchange process, please email us with your desired size and model for the replacement item. We will send out the new product free of charge within 7 days of receiving your return. Please note that for exchanges initiated for personal reasons, an additional $9.9 USD shipping fee will apply.

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please photograph the products immediately and send them to our designated warehouse. We will arrange a free replacement within 7 business days. However, for returns initiated for personal reasons, we cannot provide compensation or accept the return.
Please ensure that the items you are returning or exchanging are in their original condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags and packaging intact. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be photographed and reported to us.
Refunds typically take 7-15 business days to appear in your account, with the exact timing subject to your bank's processing.
